Do I get a tracking number with my order?

Yes, you will always receive a tracking or reference number for your order. Please make sure you add a valid email address at checkout.

 

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

While we strive for fast delivery, shipping times can occasionally vary once your order leaves our hands. For your peace of mind, all prints and posters are fully tracked. We use Royal Mail for our customers in the UK, USA, and Australia, and DHL for all European deliveries with no customs as we send these from Ireland. (EU)

 

My order has arrived but has been damaged in transit, what do I do?

While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, items can occasionally be damaged during transit. If this happens, we will gladly send a replacement at no extra cost. Please email info@allonpaper.com with a photo of the damaged item and its packaging so we can process your claim and ship a new one to you immediately.
