Returns & Exchanges


Our Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for:

  • Store credit

  • A different product

  • A refund to the original payment method

Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We strongly suggest using a recorded method of carriage to return the goods, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed in transit on the way back to us.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right for you right away.


Policy Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start the process, please complete the following steps:

  2. Documentation: If there is any damage to your order, please attach photographs to your email.

  3. Packaging: Package your order in the same way it arrived to you. If this is not possible, let us know so we can instruct you on the best steps.

  4. Shipping: Send the item(s) back to the address provided below.

Processing Your Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified and your refund or exchange will be processed without delay.

Note: Refunds can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
